Our team will continue to follow the following no-contact procedures:
- We will pick your car up and drop it off upon completion of the repairs
- The driver will have gloves and a mask on at the time of pick up and drop off
- The car will be wiped down with the proper cleaning equipment before and after the repairs
- Payment will be made via phone or by credit card transactions only
- All communication will be made via phone and email, and all paperwork will be handled via email
- When a delivery is made, we will wipe your keys to ensure cleanliness & safety
Our vehicle disinfecting procedures are as follows:
- At vehicle drop off and pick up, the vehicle will be disinfected
- Gloves and face masks will be worn to maximize when disinfecting
- EPA #6836 and 6836-646 approved disinfectant products will be used
- Disinfectant directions will be followed to maintain effectiveness
- If picking up a rental, the same procedure will be followed
- All vehicle hotspots will be disinfected
- Each time the vehicle is moved through the repair process, the disinfecting procedure will be repeated

- Windows and door lock controls / Door handles
- Armrests / Door drim / Power seat controls
- HVAC vents and controls / Steering wheel and buttons
- Hood release / Ignition switch / Malfunction levers
- Radio and various buttons / Entertainment buttons
- Center console / Glovebox buttons and handle
- Cup holders / Shift lever / Seatbelt adjusters, buckles and lock
- Roof buttons / Visors / Map lamps and various buttons
- Seats if necessary
Exterior Hotspots:
- Keys
- All exterior handles
- Fuel door and gas cap
- Tailgate / Trunk pull and buttons
